Models for a standard #10 can and Bain Marie’s with 4, 7 or 11-qt US (3.8, 6.6 or 10.4L) capacities are ideal for busy foodservice operations. The lever-action design reduces operator fatigue when working with thick products, and adjustable portion settings, ranging from 1/2 to 1-fl oz US (15 to 30ml) maintain a consistent flavor profile while reducing waste caused by over-serving. Additionally, the pump features an adjustable discharge tube that pivots for optimal product placement and disassembles quickly for dishwasher-safe cleaning.
