Great question! General information regarding compatibility is available on our Product Detail Pages and specification sheets. Several factors determine the pumpability of a product, such as its viscosity, size and shape of particulates, presence of long fibers and temperature. We are happy to test your product with the dispenser you’re interested in to ensure a perfect fit. What is the available range of portion sizes for your products, and can they be adjusted to different levels?

Yes, you can use ASEPT’s dispensers to pump a variety of sauces, including those with high viscosity, low viscosity and even sticky products with particulates. To help determine compatibility between a specific product and a particular dispenser, please refer to the product detail page under Standard Dispensers & Pumps or check the specification sheet, which can be found on the Downloads page.
ASEPT’s dispensers are compatible with most Bag-in-Box (BiB) bags, but some may require connectors to be adapted to fit the pouch fitment. For more information on this, please visit our Custom Solutions page or Contact Us.
ASEPT’s dispensers are designed to work with bags or pouches ranging in volume from 2 to 12-liters (0.5 to 3-US gallons). Please refer to our Pouched Dispensing Solutions for pouch volume specific to a dispenser.
